The traditional model of Wealth Management is

So we created a new model – one in which we are truly on the same side as investors, fees are fair + transparent, and conflicts of interest are minimized. We are flat fee advisors offering private wealth management services in a novel new way.

Our typical client...

Doesn’t want to go through retirement alone
Has an investment portfolio between $2 million and $20 million
Is retired or within 10 years of retirement
Wants coordinated retirement, investment, & tax planning without paying a percentage-of-assets (AUM) fee
Three generations of a family sitting side by side on a wooden dock by the water, looking ahead peacefully.

Common questions we help answer

Planning for retirement in California comes with unique moving parts, from taxes and healthcare to income planning and protecting your lifestyle. We help future and current retirees across California answer the financial questions that matter most so they can retire with more confidence and a plan built for long-term peace of mind.

Financial advice shouldn't cost more because you succeeded

For decades, wealth management has operated on a model where your advisor’s fee automatically increases as your portfolio grows, even when the advice and service remain largely the same. After nearly two decades in the industry, including serving as an equity partner overseeing more than $400 million for 100+ families, I became convinced that clients deserve a better approach.

Arcadia was founded on a simple principle: the fee you pay should reflect the complexity of your financial life and the quality of advice you receive—not the size of your investment portfolio.

Arcadia’s fee structure is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent. Our flat fee of $18,000 per year includes investment management & financial planning.
