The traditional model of Wealth Management is

So we created a new model, one in which we are on the same side as investors, fees are fair & transparent ($4,500 per quarter) with no AUM fees, and conflicts of interest are minimized. We are flat fee advisors offering private wealth management services in a novel new way.

Our typical client...

Doesn’t want to go through retirement alone
Has an investment portfolio between $2 million and $10 million
Is 50+ and planning to retire within the next 10 years
Wants coordinated retirement, institutional-quality investment management & tax planning for one flat fee rather than paying a percentage of their portfolio

Are you asking yourself questions like these?

Planning for retirement comes with unique challenges, from taxes and healthcare to income planning and protecting your lifestyle for the next 30+ years. We help future and current retirees answer the financial questions that matter most so they can retire with confidence and have a plan built for long-term peace of mind.

A better way for HNW investors to pay for financial & retirement advice.

Many large wealth management firms operate like an assembly line and treat the client like a product and a number.

We think thoughtful retirement planning, well-researched investment decisions, proactive tax planning and a sensible fee structure provide you and your family with the best probability for success.

We assess an annual fee of $18,000 per year ($4,500 per quarter). Our flat fee covers an entire household with no limit on the number of accounts managed or the size of the portfolio.

Tax-first retirement planning for people near the "distribution" stage of life.

Our investment management philosophy is grounded in academic research, not market predictions. We believe successful investing is about discipline, diversification, and keeping expenses low.
